How do I tell my parents?

Well i've been going out with this guy for four weeks now and well we agreed that once it reached the one month mark we would tell our parents and now here it is! his parents found out but now i'm really scared about telling my parents! I've never told them about a past relationship (as they didn't last long enough!) How should I approach telling them? HELP?!
