I've been interested in this guy for almost 4 years now. When I first started liking him I know he liked me too, but there are complications. We are of different races, he has a TON of female friends, he kind of conceited, and he has a BIG ego. But when I see him, he's always staring me down, or if we're passing in the hall, he will look at me and smile, but I'm afraid to flirt back. I think he might be losing interest since I haven't flirted back at all. What should I do?
