I've known him for about 2 years, and fell in love with him right away. We became best friends, and never argued. 6 months ago, I told him my feelings. About 2 months later, he told me he loves me too. Now we are constantly arguing, and nothing has happened between us. He tells my friends he's going to ask me out, but he never does. I love him so much, what should I do?
